Good service, mediocre product

Same day shipping is fast and excellent, but the product was disappointing. Very weak vibrations even at the strongest settings.

Good day. Sorry for the disappointment. There must be something wrong with the item, but to make sure pls. double check your placement of batteries and pls. make sure as well that you are using a branded and brand new heavy duty battery such as Energizers. We may replace the item with a new one as long as it is not yet used and still in good condition both the item and its casing. Thank you.
